Tips for installing Opti-spark ends:
crimp opti end first before inserting into boot
spray lots of WD40 or silicon lubricant in boot
coat spark plug wire with lubricant (3 inches from the end)
when inserting spark plug wire into boot use a twisting motion of either clockwise or counterclockwise until opti connector is sticking out of the boot.
And with that in mind you shouldn't take longer the 1-2 minutes cutting, crimping and inserting the boots. Good Luck!
